What is the Mowhawk?
The MowHawk, a smart camera system on the cutter bar of a roadside mower, provides more biodiversity, circular use of roadside clippings and insight throughout the entire mowing process. More information about the MowHawk can be found here.
Contracting roadside management
The MowHawk is now included in the "tender" for roadside management in Overijssel Province for Salland rayon. The green contractor who wins this tender will mow with 2 MowHawks in this rayon. The plan is to use the MowHawk for three years, with a review after one year to see if the other regions of Twente and Northwest Overijssel will also be mowed with MowHawks.
